SEVP OPT Policy Guidance April 23, 2010 on the STEM Green Cards cloud

Miller Law Offices has put the SEVP OPT Policy Guidance 1004-03 (April 23, 2010) on the STEM Green Cards cloud.  The cloud is an exciting new resource for STEM foreign students and graduates.
The SEVP OPT Policy Guidance continues to be the Student and Exchange Visitor Program's most recent  update to their optional practical training (OPT) guidance, that superseded prior OPT policy guidance documents 0801-01 and 0801-02.
